The activities are intended to improve the production process, warehouse automation, quality control, and order management.
The project is aimed primarily at the applicant's company and its employees, who will use the implemented solutions in their daily work, as well as at the recipients of the company's products, in particular companies using 3D printing, 3D printing houses, and individual users of filaments. Distributors collaborating with the company will also benefit indirectly by improving quality, availability, and order fulfillment speed.
The project aims to develop the company through digital transformation towards Industry 4.0, including streamlining production processes, increasing the efficiency of production and warehouse management, improving product quality, and introducing new products in the form of short series of filaments with special properties. The project is expected to increase the company's competitiveness and better align production with market and customer needs.
The project will result in the implementation of process innovation within the company and the introduction of new products to the market. Production efficiency will be increased through automation and ongoing process control, improved product quality and customer service, and improved order planning and execution. As a result, the company will gain a more modern and automated operating model, enabling faster and more flexible production.
